<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion-preventing agent which can reduce the adhesion of a sutured portion after suturing a biomedical tissue. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesion-preventing agent is composed of an adhesive for biomedical tissue to adhere the biomedical tissue and an albumin solution, and applied by dropping the albumin solution to the adhesive for biomedical tissue so that the non-adhering surfaces of the biomedical tissue scarcely adhere with the biomedical tissue. The adhesive for biomedical tissue is composed of a combination of one or two or more kind of derivatives of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid active esterified by N-hydroxy succinimide, and the albumin solution.
