<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for visual verification of registration and feedback in computer tomography. <P>SOLUTION: The method in an embodiment for medical navigation comprises the process of determining the early registration of a data combination, the process of determining a high accurate area (430), the process of basing on the data combination to detect the position of a tracking target tool (440), and the process of providing a user with an indication when the tracking target tool (440) is detected to fall without the high accurate area (430), wherein the data combination bases on at least a part of one or a plurality of medical images; the early registration bases on at least a part of a concerned area (420); and the high accurate area (430) determines the area of the data combination so that the tracking target tool (440) may be detected in position to have a precision to coincide with an allowable value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
