摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thickness control method in a cold tandem rolling by which the maximum effect is obtained by the minimum investment and also thickness control is performed with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Rolling load and roll bending force are measured at a final stand 15, the thickness on the outlet side of the final stand is estimated by a mill stretch expression on the basis of these measured values by the absolute value and the thickness is controlled by changing a screw-down location on the basis of the deviation between the target value of the thickness on the outlet side at the final stand and the above estimated value and also, by beforehand measuring tension on the outlet side of the stand at an optional constant period before changing the screw-down location and taking the tension when the thickness deviation on the outlet side of the final stand 15 is steady rolling conditions within a specified range as a fixed target value, the tension on the outlet side of the stand is controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
