ACCOUNTING SUPPORT SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting support system for generating data which can be fetched in the accounting software of a dual entry bookkeeping according to the input of an income and expenditure table.

SOLUTION: This accounting support system is provided with: a transaction classification data input accepting part for accepting the input of transaction classification data; a transaction-classified data storage part; an income/expenditure data input accepting part for accepting the input of income/expenditure data; an income/expenditure data storage part; a counting item setting accepting part for accepting the setting of counting items by a counting item setter about transaction classification data stored in a transaction classification data storage part, and for making the transaction-classified data storage part store the counting items and the transaction-classified data by associating them with each other; a data conversion part for converting the incoming/expenditure data stored in the income/expenditure data storage part into a format which can be fetched by the designated accounting software by referring to the transaction-classified data storage part; and a data output for outputting data-converted data.
