<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a persimmon peeler which can fix a persimmon main body without forming a hole in the persimmon main body and can prevent the growth of fungi in the persimmon. <P>SOLUTION: This persimmon peeler has a catching means for catching a branch 2 in the calyx portion of the persimmon main body 1 and has a calyx portion-fixing means for fixing the calyx portion 3 of the persimmon main body 1. The persimmon peeler includes forming the tip inside of a chuck claw 4 comprising an upper chuck claw 4A and a lower chuck claw 4B in an approximately saw tooth shape, forming a cavity 6 in the rear end inside of the chuck claw 4, fitting a reversely tapered chuck operation cam 8 fixed to a chuck operation shaft 7 to a tapered shape portion at the rear end of the cavity 6 and then approximately fixing the chuck operation cam 8 with a spring 5, having a catching means having a fixing ring 9 for fixing the upper chuck claw 4A and the lower chuck claw 4B between the tip end and the rear end of the chuck claw 4, and having a cylindrical calyx-fixing means comprising a chuck case 11 having a plurality of needle point portions 10 at the tip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
