PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharger which can avoid variation in capacity drop among battery packs when power is supplied from a plurality of battery packs to the load side through a plurality of dischargers. SOLUTION: When the output current from a discharger is below a first current threshold I1, output voltage is set at a first voltage set value V1. When the output current is above the first current threshold I1 but below a second current threshold, output voltage is set at a second voltage set value V2 lower than the first voltage set value V1. When the output current is above the second current threshold but below a third current threshold, output voltage is set at a third voltage set value V3 lower than the second voltage set value. When the output current is above the third current threshold, output voltage is reduced rapidly. Every time when the output voltage of the third voltage set value V3 sustains for a predetermined time, the first and second current thresholds I1 and I2 increase. Every time when the output voltage of the first voltage set value V1 sustains for a predetermined time, the first and second current thresholds I1 and I2 decrease. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
