PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the ionic conductivity of the PEO-based solid polyelectrolyte deteriorates close to the room temperature. SOLUTION: The problem is solved, by using a solid polyelectrolyte, comprising a high-branched polymer having ethylene oxide containing oligo ethylene oxide of a molecular weight of 200 to 1500 as the main chain, polymerizable functional groups, and a lithium salt.
