PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of effectively using return oil while maintaining the driving speed of a hydraulic actuator, and a working machine provided therewith. SOLUTION: During an external force application period where pressure P2 of return oil discharged from a rotating motor 12 exceeds discharge pressure P3 of a hydraulic pump 17, a regenerative flow rate of return oil which can be supplied to a discharge oil passage 24 of the hydraulic pump 17 of the return oil and an excessive flow rate of return oil other than the regenerative flow rate are specified to supply the return oil of the regenerative flow rate to the discharge oil passage 24 of the hydraulic pump 17, and the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump 17 is reduced by the portion of the regenerative flow rate. Further, an MO valve 20, a regeneration valve 40, and a regulator 22 are controlled so as to guide the return oil of the excessive flow rate to a tank B3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
