PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor coating composition which is of a solventless type and gives a coated floor having emboss-like irregularities, which make coating unevenness and thick unevenness less discernible. SOLUTION: The floor coating composition is a solventless floor coating composition containing a cellulose powder. In one embodiment, the solventless floor coating composition contains a urethane resin or an epoxy resin. A solventless floor coating material generally gives a glossy smooth finish in most cases and therefore frequently suffers from easily discernible decorative defects due to coating unevenness and undercoat unevenness. On the contrary, the solventless floor coating composition gives a coated floor which has a surface finish having emboss-like irregularities formed by the contained cellulose powder and making coating unevenness, undercoat unevenness, etc., less discernible.
