PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for piezoelectric energy generation to automatically provide an operating frequency suitable for a piezoelectric energy element of an atomizer for atomizing a liquid and a method of the same. SOLUTION: A first electric signal 201 (or a third electric signal 202 after conversion) in a series of a prescribed frequency band range is continuously sent to the piezoelectric energy element 13 with the control of a frequency generator 11 by a processor 10. The piezoelectric energy element 13 generates a series of a correspondent second electric signal 203 (or a forth electric signal 205 after conversion) based on the first electric signal 201 or the third electric signal 202 to give to the processor 10. The processor 10 controls the frequency generator 11 based on the relation between the frequency of the first electric signal 201 and the voltage of the second electric signal 201 (or the third electric signal 202 or a feed back frequency) and generates the first electric signal 201 (or the third electric signal 202) having a suitable frequency to give to the piezoelectric energy element 13.
