PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen knife for filleting fish meat by pulling the same with its groove fit to the ridges of the backbone of a fish clear of its head, to cut off the backbone from the fish meat, thereby filleting the fish meat without cutting off the ridges from the backbone.
