PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve highly reliable dispensing of tokens free from token clogging by providing a token clogging avoiding structure for a part where tokens tend to be clogged in dispensing of the tokens. SOLUTION: A token dispensing device is provided with a recessed base passage which changes a direction of a token from rotationally feeding passage side to a token dispensing passage side while the token keeping a flat posture, the token being rotationally fed and guided by a guiding blade of a rotary disk. An ascending guide surface for avoiding the token clogging and a descending guide surface for feeding tokens in the flat posture formed at a post step in a rotationally feeding direction of the ascending guide surface are provided near the place where a distance in a passage width direction between rotation traces on the inner surface side of the base passage and the outer surface side of a token reception port of the rotary disk approximates a diameter of the token.
