This invention relates to a loan method comprising the steps of: lending funds to a borrower for the purchase or finance of an asset through advancing the funds as at least a first loan portion and a second loan portion; receiving payments from the borrower to repay the first loan portion at a first interest rate; and receiving payments from the borrower to repay the second loan portion at a second lower interest rate ("Booster Loan").
