The invention refers to a thermoinsulating system, formed from one or several window panes, destined for considerable reduction of thermic losses at different types of rooms, which may be used both at the mounting of an auxiliary thermoinsulating system for the improvement of keeping capacity of the heat at different types of rooms, and at the building of new block apartments. The solved technical problem consists in the realization of a simple thermoinsulating system with easily replaceable component elements, which contains some window panes (3), displaceables or not on vertical direction, fixed, by case, with the help of some clamps (4) or rolls (13) or rigid bent plates (14).
