<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool that dispenses with drilling to a body can be removed, after fixing to the body, and readily fixes a member to be fixed. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing tool comprises a clamp 16 and a holder 18. In the clamp 16, one end side of a strip of metal plate, having spring elasticity, is bent into a U shape so that a plate member 14 of the body is sandwiched; the other end side of the strip of metal plate is bent nearly in a II shape to form an anchor mount 22; and an anchor insertion hole 28 is formed at the top board of the anchor mount 22. The holder 18 comprises a plastic molding, where an anchor section 34 is formed in one piece at holder bodies 30, 32 for holding the member 12 to be fixed.
