PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display control unit having such a high convenience that information required to be viewed by a user can be preferentially displayed without giving a feeling of wrongness to the user by accurately estimating a user's visual line even in small-sized equipment and controlling a display picture according to the estimated visual direction.

SOLUTION: The display controller is provided with a detection part 1 for acquiring information concerned with the position of a user's body portion, a conversion parameter determination part 2 for setting a prescribed pattern based on the position of the body portion included in the information acquired by the detection part 1 and detecting a change in the set pattern and a conversion part 4 for converting an image to be displayed on the basis of the state of the detected change.
