<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art improving a searching time and a search accuracy especially and highly efficiently searching a constriction site in the art for searching the site of vasoconstriction from an image. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus for searching the site of vasoconstriction calculates the blood flow rates of respective parts of the blood vessel based on a functional image, searches a first constriction site candidate based on the slow/high blood flow rates, searches a second constriction site candidate based on change characteristics of the blood vessel velocity relative to blood vessel positions, and defines a blood vessel position satisfying the both of the first constriction site candidate and the second constriction candidate as a constriction site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
