<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile driving device, capable of executing evacuative traveling or auxiliary traveling even in the event of a failure in fastening/releasing of gear. <P>SOLUTION: A failure state determination device 8A determines occurrence of a failure disabling fastening/releasing of gear in any one of input gears 101 and 102 and change gears 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 46. A gear shift control device 8 performs traveling, upon detection of a failure of gear by the determination device 8A, using a normal gear state according to the determination result. When release failure of the input gear 101 is detected, the traveling is performed by fastening the normal input gear 102, releasing the change gears 42, 44 and 46 provided on a second intermediate shaft 22 different from that of the break down input gear 101, and fastening one of the change gears 41, 43, and 45 provided on the same intermediate shaft 21 as of the break down input gear 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
