<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor and a control system, reducing a delay amount when detecting velocity information without increasing cost. <P>SOLUTION: An interpolator 100 receives a sin signal and a cos signal from a center 22, and outputs velocity V and a position P to a control part 31. In the control part 31, the velocity V outputted from the interpolator 100 is directly inputted to a velocity control element 40 of a feedback path related to velocity. The position P outputted from the interpolator 100 is directly inputted to a position control element 42 of a feedback path related to a position. A sampling period in detecting the velocity information does not depend on a sampling period on the control part 31 side to reduce the delay amount when detecting the velocity information.
