<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel circuit which suppresses the occurrence of shading and stripe irregularity, and also to provide a display device and a method of manufacturing the pixel circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel circuit 101 comprises: at least one transistor (TFT) 111 which receives a driving signal to a control terminal and controls the conduction state; a light emission element 113; and an electric power line PSL.
