<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor element capable of controlling more accurate oxygen partial pressure than before and enhancing the measuring precision of the concentration of a gas, a gas sensor and an NOx sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The detection electrode 11 of the gas sensor element 100 has the first lead part 151 extending toward its leading end side from a detection electrode part 110, the folded-back part 152 extending in the width direction of the gas sensor element 100 from the leading end side of the first lead part 151 and the detection lead part 111 equipped with the second lead part 152 connected to the end part on the side opposite to the first lead part 151 of the folded-back part 152 and extending up to the outside toward the rear end side of the second lead part 153. The detection lead part 111 has the exposed part 112 exposed to the inside of a first measuring chamber 5 on the leading end side from the rear end of a pump electrode part 10 and the rear end side from the rear end of the pump electrode part 10 of the second lead part 153 is not exposed to the first measuring chamber 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
