<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle cap for a pre-filled syringe, capable of automatically plugging the syringe with a luer lock part securely and speedily without the cap falling when a medical solution is injected. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe nozzle cap 10 is composed of a base part 1 and a cylindrical leg part 2 extending downward below the base part 1. The syringe has an annular swelling part and/or a ring on the outer surface of the cylindrical leg part 2.
