PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving the transmission performance of a device capable of transmitting wheel information related to a wheel. SOLUTION: In a TPMS valve capable of transmitting the wheel information related to the wheel, a sensor 14 detects pneumatic pressure. A wheel side transmitting part 16 sends a signal including information about the pneumatic pressure. A case 10 stores the sensor 14 and the wheel side transmitting part 16. A continuity part intrudes into the wheel 6 when fixing the case 10 to the wheel 6 for mounting the tire on it and becomes a continuity path between the wheel 6 and the wheel side transmitting part 16.
