<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic steel sheet with an insulating coating film, which comprises mainly a Cr-free inorganic substance, and has excellent scratch resistance particularly after baking at≤300°C and after stress relieving annealing. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic steel sheet with an insulating coating film comprises Zr, P and a resin, and in which the molar ratio of P to Zr, P/Zr, is 0.50 to 2.50, and the resin is contained by 10 to 50% expressed in terms of a solid content by weight to the total solid content of the coating film. Further, the resin has a carboxylic acid group by≥0.10 mol in 1g of the solid content. By the incorporation of the resin with the specified quantity having a carboxylic acid group in the specified ratio, its scratch resistance improves. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
