PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a structure in which an organic compound is uniformly dispersed in an inorganic compounds, in a light emitting element having the structure in which the organic compound is dispersed in the inorganic compound. SOLUTION: In the light emitting element having an inorganic compound layer wherein the organic compound is dispersed, the light emitting layer contains metal atoms each having at lest one covalent bond with a carbon atom.
