PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a habitat favorable for living things in a waterfront and to improve a landscape without largely changing the revetment shape and the sectional shape of a river. SOLUTION: This concrete revetment structure 1 includes: a revetment body part 11 buried in a revetment of a river or the like; a concrete block 10 formed of a planting storage part 12 integrally provided in the revetment body part 11 and projected from the river side wall surface 11a of the revetment body part 11 toward the river; and a planting foundation bed 20 stored in the planting storage part 12. A net underlying material 30 where a net is formed is formed at the bottom 12d of the planting storage part 12, and the upper surface opening part 12a of the planting storage part 12 is provided with a lid 40 having a through hole 41.
