PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power tool which can be hung on various hanging members according to their various widths, and is excellent in its operability. SOLUTION: The power tool comprises a body portion 102, a handle 103 provided on the body portion 102, and a hook portion 104 composed of a shaft portion 145 which is arranged at the edge portion of the handle 103 and is elongated from a supporting portion in the direction crossing the elongating direction of the supporting portion and the handle 103, and an arm portion 146 which is arranged at the tip end of the shaft portion 145 in the elongating direction and is elongated in the direction crossing the elongating direction of the shaft portion 145. The supporting portion is composed of a rotary supporting portion 131 and a shaft supporting portion 141 which is supported by the rotary supporting portion 131, and supports the shaft portion 145 so as to move in the elongating direction of the shaft portion 145. The shaft supporting portion 141 is provided with a pawl 143B. The shaft portion 145 is provided with first to third grooves 145a to 145c for defining the elongated positions of the shaft portion 145 with respect to the shaft supporting portion 141 by locking the pawl 143B to the grooves based on the movement of the shaft portion 145 in the elongating direction.
