PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating recovery treatment apparatus which enhances the recovery efficiency when the metal powder included in the powder coating is removed. SOLUTION: The powder coating recovery treatment apparatus is characterized by incorporating the recovered powder coating W into a fluid tank 20 to maintain a fluid state and arranging a magnet 31 within the fluid tank 20 so that the metal powder included in the recovered powder coating W is removed by adsorbing the same to the magnet 31. A porous plate 22 is installed to the bottom plate of the fluid tank 20. The gas G in a gas reservoir 23 is supplied through the pores 24 of the porous plate 22 and the powder coating W is agitated. The magnet 31 is arranged on the porous plate 22. A lot of the metal powder can be adsorbed to the magnet because the chance of access of the metal powder included in the powder coating W to the magnet 31 is increased by installing the magnet 31 within the fluid tank 20. Therefor, the removal efficiency can be enhanced. Also, the transferring step and transferring working of the powder coating is simplified and the constitution of the apparatus can be simplified because the necessity to provide the removal step and removal device excluding the fluid tank 20 is eliminated.
