PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container holder which can hold a container without forming nicks and cracks on the surface of the container. SOLUTION: The container holder is composed of a storing portion formed on the inner circumferential surface of the holder, a container holding body to be mounted in the storing portion, and a container to be held by the container holding body. (a) In the storing portion, the container holding body is retained outside the trunk portion of the container in the radial direction. (b) The container holding body has a hollow portion formed so as to expand by supplying air thereinto, and holds the container by pressing the trunk portion of the container with the inner circumferential surface of the container holding body by expanding the container holding body. (c) The container is a cylindrical container with a bottom, in which cylindrical container, its mouth portion, trunk portion, and bottom portion are formed by impact forming, drawing, or drawing and ironing.
