RADIATION OBSERVING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radiologic worker from being exposed to X-rays even when the radiologic worker performs fluoroscopy while pressing a patient near the top plate of a bed where the patient is lying. SOLUTION: The radiation observing apparatus 1 comprises: a mounting base 3 for loading an object A to be observed; a radiation source 7 disposed facing the mounting base 3 at intervals and for emitting radiation; a wavelength conversion means 4 provided on the mounting base 3 and for converting the radiation R emitted from the radiation source 7 to visible light L; and an imaging apparatus 6 for imaging the visible light L converted by the wavelength conversion means 4. The mounting base 3 comprises a loading surface member 11 having an area wider than the irradiation range of the radiation R emitted from the radiation source 7, and a box-like case body 10 which supports the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the loading surface member 11 and whose one surface is tightly closed by the loading surface member 11.
