PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone even other than experts to easily measure a blood flow speed without collecting blood, to reduce influence by noise and to highly accurately calculate the blood flow speed. SOLUTION: The biological information calculation apparatus comprises: a transmission part 2 for transmitting ultrasonic waves toward the blood flowing through a living body; a reception part 3 and a reception part 4 for receiving reflected waves for which the ultrasonic waves are reflected by the living body and outputting signals corresponding to the reflected waves; and a differential amplification part 23 for amplifying the difference of the amplitude of signals received by the reception part 3 and the amplitude of signals received by the reception part 4.
