PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning method, a cleaning device, and an endoscope cleaning device, capable of effectively cleaning an endoscope while inhibiting deterioration of the endoscope. SOLUTION: Acid water of 2-5 pH and 50-300 ppm residual chlorine concentration can be generated from tap water in an electrolysis vessel 11, and the acid water can be stored in an acid water tank 14. A part of the acid water is fed to an acid water dilution tank 17 and the remaining part can be fed to a concentrated water supply part 20. Dilution water can be fed from a dilution water supply part 16 to the acid water dilution tank 17. In the acid water dilution tank 17, dilution water from the dilution water supply part 16 is added to a part of the acid water from the acid water tank 14 so that the acid water is blended to the diluted acid water of 2.3-5.7 pH and 10-60 ppm residual chlorine concentration. In a concentrated water supply part 20, the other part of the acid water fed from the acid water tank 14 can be fed to a channel port of an endoscope from a channel connection port 20c.
