<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in a form obtained by rotating a curved part of one rotor and an angle part of the other rotor at an equal angle in the same rotating direction in contact with each other, static friction is caused in the case of using only one fine movable piece 42, when pressed obliquely sideways from the other rotor. <P>SOLUTION: The composite seal comprises an empty part having a substantially circular sectional shape with a cut surface, which is provided at the tip of a fine movable piece 42, a fine rotary body 40 having a substantially circular sectional shape with an angle part, which is provided in the empty part, and a hook 46 which is never protruded outside even if the fine movable piece 42 is pushed by a spring 43 in the back.
