<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a ball-pointed pen which can write by fitting on fingertip when in use. <P>SOLUTION: The core of ball-pointed pen is prepared in the plastic receptacle which is covered by a plastic lid, and the rubber to insert the fingertip is prepared on this lid.
