摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress eluted ion concentration of cooling water, and also suppress temperature elevation of the cooling water in a cooperative cooling system of a fuel cell and an air-conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: In the cooperative cooling system 80 of the fuel cell and the air conditioner, when a three-way valve 96 is in a shut-off state, an FC circulating flow passage and an AC circulating flow passage are in the shut-off state, and an AC coolant pump 126 is stopped, according to the ion concentration of a coolant detected by an ion detection means installed at an ion exchanger 144 or an AC cooling water temperature obtained by an AC cooling water thermometer 142, the three-way valve 96 is put into a coupled state to share an FC side coolant and an AC side coolant.
