<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building floor area estimation method, a building floor area estimation apparatus and a building floor area estimation program, having improved estimation accuracy in the total floor area of a building. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to information about a purpose of a building included in one piece of GIS data out of multiple pieces of GIS data, the data of land utilization information and building name information which are included in the other pieces of GIS data are complementarily used to estimate building purposes considering the mixture of multiple purposes for one building, and by improving the estimation accuracy of building purposes, the estimation accuracy of a total floor area in each building purpose and in each building floor area scale can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
