PIXEL CIRCUIT, DISPLAY DEVICE, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PIXEL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel circuit for obtaining images of high image quality by relieving a step of a light emitting region, and to provide a display device and a method of manufacturing the pixel circuit.

SOLUTION: The pixel circuit 101 has at least one transistor (TFT111) for controlling a conductive state in response to a signal level from a signal line to a control terminal input selectively, and at least one wiring layer PSL wired so as to be orthogonal to the signal line. The TFT111 is connected between the wiring layer PSL and a prescribed electrode of a light emitting element 113. An overlapped region in a lamination direction of a light emitting region 200 of the light emitting element 113 and the layer is wired in either one of mutually orthogonal wirings.
