<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of more effectively preventing image failure such as image blur or image deletion caused by a corona discharge product. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100 includes: a movable electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 whose surface an electrostatic image is formed on; and an electrifier 2 provided to be opposed to the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 and performing electrifying or destaticizing action. The apparatus 100 has a sheet type heating means 20a arranged to contact with the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 1, and heating the surface side of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 while coming into contact with the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
