<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which can attain miniaturization of its housing without increasing the number of parts while taking countermeasure sufficiently to static electricity on electronic parts. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal device includes a housing equipped with a case member, an electronic part provided inside the housing, a main board provided inside the housing and connected electrically with the electronic part. The case member has a holding portion for storing and holding the electronic parts (camera 15, speaker 25) on the inner face side of the housing. The holding portion has a conductive portion of which the inner face is applied with conductive paint, and the conductive portion is connected electrically with the reference potential portion of the main board 13.
