<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting a printer head capable of inspecting light emitting luminance characteristics and light emitting wavelength characteristics of the printer head by a simplified method. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus CA for inspecting the printer head is equipped with a plurality of light emitting elements 9 arranged in one direction, and forms an electrostatic latent image on an image carrier by the light emitted from a plurality of the light emitting elements 9. The apparatus CA for inspecting the printer head 1 is characterized by being equipped with a band path filter 55 for making only a light with a wavelength coinciding with photosensitive characteristics of the image carrier permeate, an image pickup apparatus 53 having sensitivity to light with a wavelength coinciding with the photosensitive characteristics of the image carrier, and an image processing apparatus 58 which processes an image under a light emitting condition of the light emitting element 9 picked-up by using the band path filter 55 and the image pickup apparatus 53, and detects the light emitting luminance of the light emitting element 9 within a range of the wavelength to which the image carrier is photo-sensitized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
