PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting and showing apparatus for a vehicle capable of showing a facility utilizing information to a user with as high reliability as possible. SOLUTION: When a stopover facility determining information is input from a touch sensor 40, a place information and a facility utilizing information for the stopover facility are acquired from a facility utilizing information data base 105 of a facility utilizing information center 100 through a transceiving part 70, and are shown on the display 50. When an occupant actually stops over the facility, it is determined from the present position of the vehicle, acquired by the GPS on-vehicle device 20, that the occupant stops over the corresponding facility is determined from the present place of the vehicle acquired by a GPS on-vehicle device 20, thereafter, the satisfaction survey information for the shown facility utilizing information is input with a touch sensor 40 by the occupant. The information of actually stopping over the corresponding facility and the satisfaction survey information are stored in the facility utilizing information data base 105 through the transceiving part 70. Consequently, the facility utilizing information and the like, where having actually stopped over, are stored in the facility utilizing information data base 105, so that, the reliability of the information is improved.
