PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output controller of a DC-DC converter that is superior in noise immunity with respect to sensing line, and the DC-DC converter, and to provide a control method for the DC-DC converter. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter supplies an output voltage to a load via an output harness and feeds back the output voltage from the load via the sensing line. The output controller of the DC-DC converter is provided with a first voltage-dividing portion, which divides the voltage of the sensing line Vb; a second voltage-dividing portion, which divides the voltage of an output terminal Vo; a first comparator, which compares an output of the first voltage-dividing portion with that of the second voltage-dividing portion; a second comparator, which compares an output of the first voltage-dividing portion with a predetermined reference voltage; and a detection portion, which detects that the output of the second voltage-dividing portion is larger than that of the first voltage-dividing portion and that the output of the first voltage-dividing portion is larger than the reference voltage.
