PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate driving circuit capable of executing resonance and regeneration of energy using a single inductance element, and having simplified circuit configuration. SOLUTION: The gate driving circuit has a solely configured inductance element L1 for resonating with an input capacitance C2 in charging or discharging of the input capacitance C2 and delivering energy to a sync power supply E2. In this way, the configuration can be easily made even with a comparatively small inductance value. Further, since the energy is returned from the inductance element L1 to the sync power supply E2 through the switch element S3, a discharge operation circuit 42 also works as a regenerative circuit 43, and the configuration of the gate driving circuit 1 can be simplified.
