PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic voice response system capable of easily changing the control operation of voice response or the contents of data processing. SOLUTION: The automatic voice response system includes a voice response apparatus for receiving a signal sent from a terminal apparatus and analyzing contents indicated by the sent signal and a web page control means for performing control operation according to a script, reading out data files corresponding to the contents analyzed by the voice response apparatus from a storage means in the control operation and sending a data file including voice data out of the read data files to the voice response apparatus. The voice response apparatus receives the data file including the voice data sent from the control means, reproduces the voice data and sends the reproduced voice data to the terminal apparatus as a voice signal.
