PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified management system for in-school classroom facilities, in which a facility control system is selected for each school building, and it is possible to simply manage energy serving of facilities of each building in a school. SOLUTION: A central supervisory board 12 has a URL of its building and transmits a homepage of its building via a communication network 14 using a WEB server 5. An administrative room 11 in the school includes a classroom usage information input terminal 2 in which a URL for each building is registered by an administrator, by which access to the WEB server of each central supervisory board 12 is performed, and in which a schedule to use classrooms in the building is written in a predetermined field within the homepage. The central supervisory board 12 of each building is installed with classroom usage information storing means 4 in which a timetable of preset classrooms is stored and a schedule to use classrooms within a building is stored, classroom usage information converting means 3 for reading the schedule to use classrooms for each class period of the timetable, and facility control means 6 for controlling an air-conditioning facility 7 in each classroom based on the schedule to use classrooms.
