PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a drawer type circuit breaker cannot be drawn and inserted, after a pin is broken when a drawer handle is operated, while engaging the pin of a main screw with a screw lock in the drawer type circuit breaker. SOLUTION: When the screw lock 10 is engaged with the pin 6 of the main screw 5 for preventing rotational movement of the main screw 5, an edge 131 of a lock plate 13 in contact with the screw lock 10 is engaged with the drawer handle 7 for making the main screw 5 turn so as to block the rotational movement of the drawer handle 7; and the operator of the drawer handle is made to surely recognize that the main screw is locked, thus preventing breakage of components due to making the locked main screw turn forcedly.
