PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air guide panel capable of keeping compatibility between a design aspect and a function aspect, a manufacturing method of the air guide panel, and an air conditioner provided with the air guide panel. SOLUTION: By laminating foam layers 902, 907 on frame bodies 901, 906 forming a one face side of the panel, the one face side and another face side can be formed with different shapes. Accordingly, even if the frame bodies 901, 906 forming the one face side of the panel are formed with priority on design, since the foam layers 902, 907 laminated on an inner face side can be formed in objective air guide shapes, air guide directions can be freely set.
