PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To better conduct lubrication of a cylindrical bore of a differential case which rotatably supports the side gear in the differential gear. SOLUTION: A pair of counter side gears and a pair of pinions which are engaged with the side gear are rotatably supported, and are rotatably supported around the central axis line of the side gear and in the differential case which is rotated around those central lines while allowing the differential rotation with a space of the pair of the side gear, a lubricating oil exhaust hole which discharged the lubricating oil from the cylindrical bore inside which rotatably supports the side gear is formed as an elongating hole in the T-shaped type in view of the vertical cross section to the central axis line of the cylindrical bore.
