PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the mixing of a gas in a fluid when the gas is mixed in the fluid when the fluid such as a liquid and a viscous fluid is discharged from the outlet of a pump. SOLUTION: This gas mixing diagnostic device for the pump which allows a viscous fluid, for example, to flow from the inlet therein and discharges it from the outlet comprises an outlet pressure detection part capable of detecting the pressure at the outlet and a gas mixing determination means for determining whether a measured outlet pressure value PX detected by the outlet pressure detection part is smaller than a preset first lower limit pressure PL or not when the pump is rotated at a predetermined fixed rotational speed RC (step S104).
