PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond capable of stopping water with a further simple structure and being applied to joints of many parts including an internal corner; an exterior wall and a building provided with the bond; a bond excellent in appearance; and an exterior wall and a building provided with the bond. SOLUTION: The bond 10 to be disposed along the inside of a joint D formed on a wall surface comprises a core material 11 consisting of a lengthy sheet member, seal members 14 and 14 provided along the core material on both sides of the core material, and an elastic member 16 provided on one lateral end side of the core material so as to be elastically deformable in the thickness direction of the core material.
